Last post of the day, (I hope).... I was youtube stalking and ran across two videos that I wanted to share. First, the video of the ladies on "The View".... Whoopi poses a a question and the conversation begins:

I think an individual's hair says a lot about who they are, and this is sometimes unfair. However, I do think for me personally sometimes I associate natural with breaking free of Eurocentric socially constructed images of beauty, and I find that to be appealing. Sorry :(

I agree Armanthia!! Don't feel sorry... I am not of Euro descent so it has been a huge struggle trying to maintain this facade!! I am grateful that I have finally embraced my hair (the way it grows out of my scalp).
